Executive Leadership

Responsible for providing management with effective legal advice on business issues and company strategies. Areas of oversight include sponsorship, licensing, vendor and employment agreements, workers compensation, and team litigation amongst others.

Responsible for planning, organizing, auditing, accounting for, and controlling all of the LA Rams finances.

Ticketing

Responsible for the sales, fulfillment and service of all individual, group, premium and season tickets.

Corporate Partnerships

Engages with national, regional, and local companies to form mutually beneficial strategic partnerships geared to benefit each other’s brand and value.

Marketing

Create, direct, and execute promotional programming that shape and impact the brand. In addition to traditional marketing teams, this department also includes Data and Analytics, and Strategy, as well as LA Rams Street Team known as the Rams Rush.

Media

Creates Rams-focused content and manages Rams media platforms including the Rams website, mobile app and social channels.

Community & Civic Affairs

Responsible for the LA Rams philanthropic efforts and local engagement. Works closely with community and charitable partners, government entities, and the local youth and high school football community to make a positive impact in Southern California. This department also includes the Los Angeles Rams Cheerleaders and the Los Angeles Rams Legends.

Video

Responsible for recording and managing practice and game film that is used by scouts, coaches and players for talent acquisition, assessment, and opponent scouting.

Equipment

Responsible for purchasing, fitting, and customization of all club-issued gear for Rams players, coaches, and staff as well as set up and oversee all field equipment and headset communication for practice and game days.

Operations

Responsible for all team travel, facilities, training camp, and home game logistics at the Coliseum.

Coaching

Led by Rams Head Coach Sean McVay, the coaching staff is responsible for developing the talent on the Rams roster and preparing and executing the game plan to win on game days.

Personnel

Led by Rams General Manager Les Snead, the personnel department is responsible for finding and evaluating potential talent at the collegiate and professional level. Scouts travel throughout the country to find the best players to add to the roster.

Football Administration

Oversees the LA Rams salary cap management, contract negotiations, and compliance with the NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Public Relations

Directs the LA Rams communication strategy as it relates to the team’s on and off the field efforts, as well as interaction between players and club officials with external media outlets.

Sports Performance

Manages and facilitates the medical care of Rams players including daily evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, prevention, education, and administrative work.

How do I apply for a position?

The list of open positions with the Los Angeles Rams can be found by clicking “View All Openings” under the “Job Openings” section. Once you have found the position you are interested in, click “Apply Now” to the left of the job description. Then, follow the prompts as they appear on your screen. You will be directed to either create an Applicant Profile or log in to your existing Applicant Profile if you are a returning candidate.

Do I need to create an Applicant Profile to apply for a position with the Los Angeles Rams?

Yes. If you started to apply for a position prior to creating an Applicant Profile, the information you supply in your application will be used to create your profile. You can update your Applicant Profile at any time.

3.

How can I access my Applicant Profile?

You may do so my clicking here, or you can click the “Access my Applicant Profile” under the “Job Openings” section below.

4.

How can I check the Status of my Application(s)?

You can check the status of your application(s) by successfully logging in to your Applicant Profile and scrolling down to the “Application Status” section.

5.

The position I wanted to apply for is no longer posted. May I still apply?

If a position is no longer posted, that means it has either been filled or removed. In either case, that means we are no longer accepting applications for that position.

How can I confirm my application has been received?

You will be sent an email confirming that we have received your application. In addition, you may check status of your application in your “Application Profile.”

7.

Can I update my profile after I submitted my application?

Yes, you can update your user profile at any time through the “Options” drop-down menu in your Applicant Profile. However, you cannot revise an application once it has been submitted.

8.

Can I apply for more than one position?

Yes. Each application will be visible in your applicant profile.

9.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

To reset your password, select “Forgot Password” on the Applicant Profile sign-on screen. The system will prompt you to input your User Name or User ID. Once you click “Submit,” check your email inbox. You should have an email waiting for you with your new password.

10.

Can I save my application without submitting?

Yes. You can save your application and return to your Applicant Profile to complete your application at a later time.

11.

Does my Applicant Profile exist even if the position I applied for is closed?

Yes. As long as you don’t delete it, your Applicant Profile will remain active for you to submit additional applications or be considered for roles in the future.

12.

I haven’t heard back on my application. Who should I contact to follow up or inquire about the status of my application?

The review process for applications varies for a number of reasons. After review, all applicants will receive an email letting them know if they are moving forward to the interview process or if their application is no longer under consideration for the position. Applicants of interest may also be contacted directly via phone call discuss next steps. For a number of reasons, we are unable to provide information for the hiring manager. It is exciting working in the NFL, and though we appreciate every candidate’s passion for football and the Los Angeles Rams, it is important to keep in mind that, like many companies, we are a prospective employer looking to find the best candidates to help us accomplish our goals.
